How It Works. We have created a simple, on-line Questionnaire(s) that you complete and submit to us. Using the information you provide, our software creates your documents instantly. Then our service team reviews your documents to make sure you answered every question, to check for spelling errors, and other inconsistencies. We have developed a proprietary and secure document preparation service based on our Rapidocs™ document assembly technology called Docuprocess™.

Docuprocess™ combines the use of our Rapidocs™ document assembly software technology with a team of trained legal assistants enabling us to produce your papers, ready for filing, very quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

Special Note:  In order to meet our guarantee (for delivery time frame) and to ensure you receive the most up-to-date and accurate documents, the Questionnaire(s) related to your purchase SHOULD be completed and submitted within thirty (30) days of your date of purchase.

Filing Fees:  Filing fees are additional and depend on your local court. These fees are paid directly to the court.

Delivery: Documents are completed within three (3) business days following receipt of your completed Questionnaire(s). The Questionnaire(s) related to your purchase MUST be completed and submitted prior to our staff beginning preparation of your documents. Completed documents are sent to you as an attachment to an email. Along with your completed documents, you will receive instructions on how to execute and/or file the documents. Completed documents are also available in paper format and can be sent to you by regular mail. However, due to additional administrative and shipping costs, an additional $8.95 must be added for this service.

Changes: After delivery of your documents, you have the ability to make changes and/or revisions to your documents for UP TO thirty (30) days. Minor changes/revisions and revisions caused by our error are made without charge. However, if major changes are required as a result of a change of mind or circumstances on your part, an additional charge may be assessed on a case by case basis (minimum of $25) with your prior approval.

Refunds: You may request a 100% refund, less a $15.00 administrative fee, after you submit your Questionnaire, but before we deliver back to you your documents. After we deliver your documents back to you there is no refund, unless your documents are rejected by a court.

We cannot control the outcome of your case. If your name change becomes contested and/or complicated for any reason, the pleadings we prepare for you MAY not work. We will not grant you a refund under these circumstances.

Please Note: The legal documents offered from our sites are intended to be prepared and filed in the near future, within thirty (30) days. Changes in laws and document guidelines can make older documents obsolete or unacceptable for courts. These types of changes can be adopted by courts at any time. As such, your prepared documents must be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If for any reason your prepared forms are rejected and you did not file your documents within this time frame, there will be no refunds.

There will be NO refunds after six months from ordering date.

Each of our products and services are occasionally temporarily unavailable while we conduct reviews and updates. This is necessary due to ever-changing laws and regulations. Sometimes a product or service will be made indefinitely unavailable due to poor customer feedback or by decision of our corporate officers. In the event that an extended period of time passes between the date of original purchase and the date of questionnaire submission, and during this time the originally purchased product or service is discontinued indefinitely, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your order and notify you promptly. Upon your acknowledgement that your order will not be filled, we will issue a full refund.

While we cannot provide you with legal advice, every document package is reviewed by our supervising attorney for accuracy and completeness.
